Photos of some of Larry Bartoszek's work at Fermilab

Larry Bartoszek worked for 10 years at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia, IL, immediately after graduation from the University of Illinois in 1983. He was given the role of project mechanical engineer in the AntiProton Source Group responsible for designing and installing many of the remotely actuated support structures, beam diagnostics, radiation loss monitors, and other devices. What follows is a sample of some of that work. (Another main project while working in the Accelerator Division was E760, which can be found under those links on the Bartoszek Engineering home page.)

Some photos were taken by Larry Bartoszek, but most came from the archives and cameras of Fermilab Media Services. Much thanks for their support over the years and to Fermilab for granting permission for their use here. (Presentation of photos from Fermilab does not imply endorsement of any product or service.)
